AESC by Somkid Laonittharakul, Ph.D conducted an in-house training program for BGRIMM Engineering at the Map Ta Phut plant, specializing in material failure analysis. With over 30 participants, the session created an interactive and dynamic learning atmosphere, blending real-world case studies with advanced engineering insights. This initiative reflects AESC’s commitment to driving innovation, reliability, and knowledge transfer within the industrial sector. 

The program encompassed core topics including fundamental metallurgy, machine design, and residual stresses induced during manufacturing processes. It further explored failure modes and mechanisms, complemented by advanced analytical methodologies to enable comprehensive root cause failure analysis.
